We've just received a new batch of rings from our production factory.
Hello Everyone,
We have a positive update to share: we've just received a new batch of rings from our production factory, which means we're able to accelerate shipments over the coming weeks.
In practical terms, this means two things.
First, we'll be increasing the number of emails we send to Backers to confirm the key details needed to prepare orders, so if you haven't heard from us yet, you're more likely to receive that email soon. When it arrives from contact@veliaring.community, please complete the steps as quickly as you can, as this is what moves your order into processing and then shipment.
Secondly, shipping is still happening in phases to ensure a high level of support, so not everyone will hear from us at the same time. However, the new stock means we’re moving through the list more quickly. If you haven't received a confirmation or shipping notification yet, you haven't been missed.
Moving to monthly updates
With shipments now accelerating and the app live and stable on both iOS and Android, fulfilment is our primary focus. If there's a significant milestone or anything that affects your order before then, we'll post without waiting for the scheduled date.
You can expect our next update to be published on 28th May.
