Android improvements continue & new Vascular Health features on iOS

Hello Everyone,

Here’s the latest on what’s happening behind the scenes as we move closer to getting more rings on more hands.

Android App

We’re making steady progress on the Android app as we work through remaining connectivity challenges.

Right now, about 26% of connection attempts don’t succeed on the first try. Before we roll out more broadly, our goal is to bring this down to below 10% to ensure a more reliable experience for everyone.

Our team is focused on this effort, and as shared previously, we’ve brought in an external engineering partner to help us move faster. The main challenge with Android is the wide range of manufacturers (like Samsung, OnePlus, and Pixel), device models, and OS versions, improvements for one setup don’t always fix things for another. That means lots of ongoing testing and refinement across different devices.

Because of this variability, it’s tough to commit to a specific timeline, but our latest fixes are showing promising results. We know how important this is, and we’re committed to meeting the level of reliability our Android users expect before releasing the update.

iOS App - major new features released

The iOS app version 1.0.41 is now live on the App Store, introducing our full Vascular Health experience.

What’s new:

Vascular Health

  • Track your Vascular Age over time and see how you compare to healthy ranges for your age group.
  • Get a clear, personalized story about your vascular profile, highlighting what’s changed and why it matters.
  • Access advanced measures like Arterial Stiffness Index and Augmentation Index to spot early shifts in vascular aging.
  • Receive practical, focused steps to support your vascular health.

Note: Vascular Health insights unlock after 30 days of continuous wear. If you don’t see them yet, they’ll appear once there’s enough data. These insights are for general wellness and not medical advice.
