Please see the latest update on what we’ve been working on over the past week.
Shipments
Since last week, we have been shipping to Backers using both iOS and Android, with over 600 rings already sent and more orders currently being prepared to leave the warehouse.
In parallel, we’re continuing to email Backers to confirm the key details needed to prepare orders for shipment. Around 30% of recipients haven’t opened the email yet or have only partially completed the required steps.
When you receive an email from contact@veliaring.community,please make sure to follow the steps included as soon as possible, as this is a crucial part of keeping shipments moving smoothly through the queue and into processing.
Android App and firmware now live
We’ve released the Android app on the Play Store, alongside a new firmware update across both iOS and Android. This update improves connection reliability and sync performance, making the experience faster, more consistent, and dependable day to day.
If you are still having trouble connecting and syncing with the new app, please reach out to our support team so we can resolve your issues.
We’ll continue monitoring performance across devices and refining the experience over the coming weeks.
Updates schedule
As shipments progress, we’ll now be moving from weekly to bi-weekly communications. You can expect our next update to be published on 16th April.
