Do the rings exist? Will they be delivered?
Yes to both. Velia rings absolutely exist, and we remain fully committed to delivering every single one. As soon as we’re ready to restart shipments, we’ll update you here right away. We are making good progress and will hopefully have a more concrete update on this for you very soon.
Which rings will you be delivering?
When we resume deliveries, we will be starting with shipping out sizes 6, 8, 10, and 12 to backers in the currently approved markets of US, EU, Switzerland, UK, Canada, and Hong Kong. As a reminder, if you are currently a backer outside of these markets and have an address you can use in any of these markets, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@veliaring.com who will be happy to organise this for you.
My address or ring size has changed, what should I do?
Similarly, if your ring size or shipping address has changed and you haven’t already updated us, please reach out to our Customer Care team at hello@veliaring.com. We’ll make sure your details are correct so your ring gets to the right place.
